Job Description:
1. Receive and solve various technical problems encountered by customers, assist sales in meeting customers' technical needs;
2. Responsible for customer oriented technical communication and solution writing;
3. Responsible for supporting customer-oriented product demonstrations and performance evaluations;
4. Responsible for promoting and training the application of technology;
5. Assist in product marketing, plan to participate in academic exchanges and exhibitions.

Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above in microelectronics, electronic applications, electrical automation, communication and related majors;
2. Familiar with analog circuits and digital circuits, familiar with schematic design and PCB design of electronic circuits, and have experience in product design;
3. Proficient in using debugging tools such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, logic analyzers, etc., with the ability to analyze common hardware faults in electronic products;
4. Strong literature reading and communication skills, adaptability and problem-solving ability, approachability, strong sense of responsibility and professionalism;
5. Having a good team spirit;
